Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://ridgemobildetailing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Auto Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, Headlight Restoration, Car Window Tinting provided by Ridge Mobil Detailing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ridgemobildetailing.com is the property of Ridge Mobil Detailing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Ridge Mobil Detailing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://ridgemobildetailing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Ridge Mobil Detailing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Ridge Mobil Detailing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Ridge Mobil Detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Modifications. Ridge Mobil Detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
